My therapy is always tailored specifically to your needs.  Using a combination of Hypnosis and Neuro-linguistic Programming, every session is designed specifically to maximise the changes you desire.  These therapies are safe, very effective and drug free.  The level of physical relaxation you gain from each session is extremely pleasurable and yet you will be aware and in full control throughout the session.

I understand how anxiety can get you down.  I know that other people give well intentioned advice like 'pull yourself together' but don't realise how your anxiety really affects you.  I know how your anxiety seems to spread throughout your life and affects you in so many ways.  I also know that sooner or later you just know the time is right to do something about it and take control of your life.
 
I will work with you on a one to one basis, and provide free follow up support by phone and email for one year.  Sessions usually last for two hours and home visits start from £90 plus travel expenses.  Usually, one session is all you will need.  Before your session, you will have a telephone consultation to discuss your needs.  There is no fee for this and this allows us to plan your session to make it most effective.
